Ronald R. Ginyard, Sr Retired from the US Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant after a decorated 23-year career. Starting his real estate career years ago, he has been a licensed agent since 1996 and has been delivering high-quality, consumer-driven service. Ronald further leverages his experience with 26+ years in real estate sales & acquisitions, as well as Property Management for a truly comprehensive & unique skillset ideal for planning & implementing community development goals while navigating the complexities of revitalizing our local communities.
Outside of his professional life, Ronald is a loving husband, father, and grandfather. With an incredible career of more than 40 years of outstanding service to the local community and country, Ronald’s commitment to serving those in need has shown.
This drives Ronald’s commitment to helping solve the housing scarcity issues faced today by many, particularly homeless veterans, low-income individuals & families in need.
